Does the ad attract interest?
Link clicks ÷ impressions × 100. Different from CTR for all clicks.
LEAD GENERATION CAMPAIGNS
We create and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns so interested people can ask about your service.
We do not guarantee sales. Outcomes depend on the offer, location, investment and sales response.
UNDERSTAND YOUR INVESTMENT
Meta Ads shows what happens to your ads. Your CRM records what happens to the people who enquire. Together they help you review the journey to a sale.

OFFICIAL INTERFACE REFERENCE
You can review campaigns, spend and cost per result. The image is published by Meta in its official app listing; its figures are Meta’s sample data, not AMALPIK results. The desktop layout and available columns may differ.
See how to read the panel belowLow-cost illustrative scenario. These figures are arithmetic inputs, not prices charged by Meta, verified results or a forecast. Actual costs and sales may be substantially different.
| Campaign | Spend | Impressions | Link clicks | Leads | CPL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Services · Hypothetical example | €150 | 30,000 | 600 | 50 | €3.00 |
This teaching diagram illustrates the levels and columns we review, using invented figures. These are not AMALPIK results or a forecast.
Link clicks ÷ impressions × 100. Different from CTR for all clicks.
Ad spend ÷ link clicks. A cheap click may never become an enquiry.
Ad spend ÷ impressions × 1,000. Impressions are not unique people.
Ad spend ÷ leads. Then check whether those leads are relevant.
Ad spend ÷ leads meeting your criteria, recorded in the CRM.
(Entered ad spend + management) ÷ sales. Include other sales costs for a complete acquisition cost.
Use the same period for every input. Management is entered separately; Meta does not include it in ad spend.
Conceptual funnel: these figures are not expected rates or individual tracking of each impression. Compare all leads with qualified leads and recorded sales.
Your contact and follow-up record: who enquired, what they need, who is handling it and what happens next. It can start with an organised spreadsheet; it is not a Meta metric.
START WITH CONTROL
One priority service, an area and a clear offer. Agree a spending limit and what counts as a qualified lead.
Review the ad, enquiries, response and sales. A high CTR cannot compensate for unsuitable leads or a late response.
If leads are suitable, you can handle them and costs fit your margins, consider a gradual increase. Otherwise, review the bottleneck.
€3/day is about €90 over 30 days; €150 averages €5/day over 30 days. The initial €500 package includes €350 management and €150 ad spend. A low budget limits the speed of learning and does not guarantee daily leads. We do not increase spending just because Meta suggests it or apply a universal percentage.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Illustrative scenarios to explain the service. Not testimonials or promised outcomes.

Full renovations
A renovation business spends evenings measuring homes and preparing estimates. Too many enquiries have no clear scope or realistic investment in mind.
HOW WE WOULD APPROACH IT
Focus the campaign on the projects you want. Ask about location, property, scope and indicative investment before arranging a visit.
We would review the ad, qualification questions and follow-up. No form can remove every unsuitable enquiry.
No. We work on lead generation and review opportunities. Closing also depends on your offer, quote and sales response.
Hypothetical scenario. Not a review or a real client result.

Personal training
A trainer relies on referrals. When several clients finish at once, finding replacements starts from scratch.
HOW WE WOULD APPROACH IT
Promote a defined programme, its format and intended audience. Ask about availability and the commitment the person is looking for.
Start with one offer and a focused area. If the budget cannot support a useful test, we would explain that before launch.
The ad should explain the paid service and its conditions, without using an unrelated freebie as the main attraction.
Hypothetical scenario. Not a review or a real client result.

Corporate catering
A caterer needs to plan food and staff, but requests arrive late and often lack a date or guest count.
HOW WE WOULD APPROACH IT
Focus on event formats you can fulfil. Collect date, location and guest count before the team checks capacity and prepares a quote.
Reflect real availability in the offer and review the campaign when it changes.
Explain menus, organisation and what the service includes. The offer does not have to depend on a discount.
Hypothetical scenario. Not a review or a real client result.

Electrical services
An electrician wants planned installations and maintenance, but receives small emergency jobs outside the service area.
HOW WE WOULD APPROACH IT
Separate priority services from jobs you do not handle. State the area, installation type and approximate timing.
Review fit and commercial opportunities, not just form volume.
We can use your own project photos and a clear explanation. Appearing on camera is optional.
Hypothetical scenario. Not a review or a real client result.

Specialist plumbing
A plumbing specialist combines site work and enquiries. Earlier leads were not always contacted in time.
HOW WE WOULD APPROACH IT
Agree who responds, when and how outcomes are recorded before increasing lead volume. Communicate the real response time.
Start with a simple record and review routine. Additional automation has a separate scope and price.
Early enquiries are possible, but the timing of a sale cannot be guaranteed. Agree what to review during the test.
